2026 Assembly Elections Schedule: Dates for Assam, West Bengal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu & Puducherry

The 2026 State Assembly Elections have been officially announced by Election Commission of India. Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar declared on March 15, 2026, that elections will be conducted across 824 constituencies in five regions: Assam, West Bengal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry.

A massive 17.4 crore eligible voters are expected to participate in this democratic process.
